Often potential clients will exhaust many types of therapies to address their health concerns before contacting me. Frequently, I’ll get emails from individuals who want to try Healing Touch because nothing else has “worked.”

How Energy Therapy can Help Chronic Disease in Cincinnati, OH

February 9, 2011

Chronic disease is just that:  chronic and long term.  Chronic diseases  usually develop over time and can be relentless and symptomatic. The person finds him or herself in almost a constant state of dis-ease.  Sometimes, the symptoms can be less problematic for awhile but often appear at a later time.  Unfortunately, there are many chronic diseases  including asthma, AIDS, Crohn’s, Addison’s and Meniere’s diseases, cancer, osteoarthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s and diabetes 1 and 2, among many others. Often, with the help of a medical professional the symptoms of the disease can be managed, sometimes even cured.  As the disease progresses, it is the process and the managing that can be confusing, frustrating, and possibly life-altering, affecting daily activities. For example,  in the case of osteoarthritis the wearing away of cartilage can produce pain in the sufferer, ranging from slight to extremely severe.  My mother suffered from osteoarthritis in the lower left back and other areas around her body.  I observed her inability to walk very well or very far due to the extreme pain she experienced.

Success Stories

August 19, 2010

At Healing Touch Cincinnati we help many people suffering from physical or emotional pain, fibromyalgia, or the effects of stress to regain their balance and lead a normal, pain free life.

These are the stories of some of those we’ve helped:

Extreme Stress: A client came to my practice complaining of extreme mental and emotional stress due to her job and financial situation.  On a scale from 0-10 with 0 being no stress and 10 being the highest, she rated her emotional stress level at 9 and her mental stress at 7.   Her goal for the session was to reduce this stress, of course, and be more relaxed with things as they were.  We both knew that although we couldn’t change her situation we could change her mental and emotional reaction to it.
